Personal equipment: For access to the cardio-muscu area, provide a bottle of water, sports clothing suitable for indoor practice (no jeans), a pair of indoor shoes (clean and not worn outdoors) and a towel to put on the machines. Towel and bathing suit required to enjoy the spa area.

Disabled access: The spa & fitness area is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
